Departing from your accommodation in Florence we proceed towards the beautiful countryside of the Chianti region, and following the "Wine Road" between vineyards and olive trees, we'll reach Greve in Chianti, the small village, named after the nearby river, expanded considerably during the 14th & 15th centuries, where we find a monument to Giovanni da Verrazzano, the explorer who discovered the New York Harbour.

Stops: Greve in Chianti - Falorni Butcher shop, Enoteca Le Cantine, Verrazzano Castle (winery), Siena
Pick up - drop off location: at your accommodation in Florence
Pick up time (suggested): 9.00am
Price includes: private vehicle and English speaking driver, all taxes, insurance, drivers maintenance, gasoline, parking and tolls.
Price does not include: Wine tasting, meals and entrance fees where required.

Verrazzano Winery:
Guided visit of the Castle (in English) + Wine tasting = Euro 18.00 pp
Rocca delle Macie Winery: Wine tasting free
* On Saturdays and Sundays we will take you to visit the Fattoria di Montagliari instead of the Castello di Verrazzano
